Our delivery model is different to many of our competitors:
WEDLVR will help you to recruit the right resources or coach your resources to run the Digital Transformation going forward. WEDLVR can also help with growing the Technology team which will need to increase in capability to support growing demand. We have established partners with onshore and offshore capabilities and a no-fee permanent conversion after an agreed period (try before you buy model).
We would suggest mixing the people to ensure internal employees get the chance to work on new technology or projects and build a true on-going personal stake in the growth and sustainability of the business. In our experience the best outcomes are achieved through mixed client/external delivery teams which allow the client organisation to grow into the transformation and leave sustainable, embedded people and ways of working once the transformation is complete.
